Talk to us about your property
Tell us about your Auckland property and the work you are considering. Roof painting, restoration and cleaning each start with different questions about the material, current coating and condition. You can also enquire about house painting and the related services listed on this website. A short description and photographs taken safely from the ground are useful starting points.
Include your address, the number of storeys, visible damage or peeling, and your preferred timing. Mention shared access, tenants or body corporate approvals where relevant. Use the form below to send the details through the existing enquiry system, or call 09 977 9907 to talk about the project. We can clarify what needs assessment before a scope is agreed; please avoid climbing onto the roof to gather information.

Before you send
Gather what the property shows
You do not need technical language. You need an honest picture of what the building looks like today.
-
Walk a slow lap
Go round the building from the ground. Note stains, flaking paint, rust streaks, sagging gutters and any area that looks different from the rest.
-
Photograph wide, then close
One wide view of each side, then a few close ones of the worst spots. Good daylight and a steady hand matter more than the angle. A phone is plenty.
-
Write down what you know
Wall or roof material, the last paint job, past repairs, any leaks. A guess is fine, as long as it is marked as a guess.
-
Describe it, or ring
Use the form to describe the property and mention the photographs you have, or phone to talk it through. Expect questions back: the scope depends on what the building shows.
Enquiry questions
Questions before you send
Plain answers about what sending an enquiry does and does not involve.
What should I send with an enquiry?
Your address, the building type and number of storeys, what looks wrong, anything you know about past painting or repairs, and who else has a say in the work. Photographs taken from the ground help, but a written description is enough to begin a conversation.
Does sending an enquiry commit me to anything?
No. Sending details is a request for a conversation, not an agreement to any work. The scope, products and timing are agreed separately, for your individual property, before anything is arranged.
Can you tell what is needed from photographs alone?
Photographs show peeling, staining and visible damage. They cannot show whether timber is soft, whether a leak is active or how well old paint is bonded. Some questions will need a closer assessment before a scope is settled.
What if I do not know my roof material or its history?
Say so, and describe what you can see: ridged metal sheets or tiles, the colour, whether the surface looks shiny or chalky. An unknown history is common. It is a reason to assess carefully, not a reason to hold back an enquiry.
I own a rental. Who should enquire?
Whoever can approve work on the building. If tenants live there, mention it and how access works. For a shared building, say whether a body corporate or committee has to agree the scope first.
